Biography

Mr Johnston is a respected international property and development adviser, having worked in key executive roles in Australia and Overseas for the past 15 years. His last role was CEO of a large Middle East Corporation, and adviser to International Banks on Infrastructure Funds and PPP programs.

He has run as CEO, large Property Organisations and has a contemporary management and leadership focus, encouraging the best use of his people, their skills and ability's. He has a team approach, combined with a strong work ethic and moral standing.

Mr Johnston has delivered on behalf of Government, a number of prestigious high profile developments, and financially closed several development contracts and PPP's worth up to US$1 Billion. Infrastructure procurement and financing is now a key part of his current work responsibility's, with two of the largest Australian based land programs being run directly from his Company.

Having worked with top level Government officials in Washington, London and the Middle East, Mr Johnston combines a unique commercial acumen with knowledge of Government process, and the ability to deliver large complex and multi-dimensional projects. He has Chaired over 12 major Projects from inception to delivery, and has to his credit a number of prestigious projects valued in excess of US$4.5 Billion.

He has also managed some of the largest Asset Portfolio's in Australia, managing the National Defense Estate and also the NSW's Office Estate.

On returning to Australia he established Johnston Enterprises (Australia Pty Ltd) and worked exclusively to large public and private organisations on several major investment and infrastructure proposals. His clients include well known Australian enterprises in the development arena. These major projects have been delivered through Internationally recognised development companies, and have achieved critical acclaim, winning a range of prestigious Awards from the RAIA, UDIA, HIA, Urban Taskforce, MBA, ULI and National Trust.
