Infrastructure Fund - Abu Dhabi As CEO, Mr Johnston launched on behalf of the Abu Dhabi Emirate, the first Infrastructure Fund in the Middle East with the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and Macquarie Bank as Joint Venture Partners. The Fund had a capitalization value of 1 Billion Dhr's and included many of the Projects listed.
